Pasteurized white cheese 43% (pasteurized cow’s milk, cream, ferments, salt, stabilizers: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, agar-agar, tara gum), cream (cream, stabilizer: carrageenan), pasteurized egg, sugar, wheat flour, stabilizer: xanthan gum.
Store at -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. 1.Defrosting at room temperature: 12 hours. 2. Regeneration in the oven: heat the oven to 150°C, insert the cake directly from the freezer with paper and mold included and heat for 20 minutes. May contain traces of soya, nuts and sesame.
